The conference will be held at the Nanyang Executive Centre (NEC) on the campus of the Nanyang Technological University. The centre is ideally located in a quiet corner of the university campus and is easily accessible by public and private transport. Located about 25km from the city, the Nanyang Executive Centre is just 30 minutes away from Singapore’s main shopping and business districts, and is approximately 45 minutes from Changi Airport, by car.
Accommodations are available at the Centre itself, located just around the corner from the conference venue. Each room is tastefully furnished and equipped with internet broadband and WiFi connection, a color television with cabled channels, electronic key card access, hairdryer, telephone and an alarm/radio clock.
A block of 35 rooms (Deluxe Single) has been specially reserved at NEC for Cyberworlds participants.
For those interested in staying at NEC, please proceed to make your accommodation booking with NEC directly at http://www.ntu.edu.sg/nec/guestrooms/Pages/booking.aspx. Please make your booking as soon as possible because spaces are limited, and inform NEC that you will be attending Cyberworlds 2018. Note that the conference blocked the rooms only for the bookings to be done before 15 AUGUST. Bookings after this day are not guaranteed.

The earliest check-in date is 2 October, 2018. The latest check-out date is 5 October, 2018.
Those who are unable to find accommodation at NEC or choose not to stay at NEC can also book their own hotel accommodation elsewhere but please understand that it will likely involve rather long commuting.
Email Ms. Lynn Cai at email@example.com if you have any problems/questions about it.
Getting to the Conference
This is the most convenient mode of transport to the University. From the airport, tell the taxi driver to head to NTU by use of the ECP, then by the PIE, and later to exit via Pioneer Road. The ride to the University should cost about S$35 to S$55 depending on the time of travel, and should take approximately 40 minutes. When you enter the campus, ask the driver to follow the CW2018 or NEC direction signs. The ride from the airport is a scenic spectacle, which will take you through Singapore’s central business district. So do have your cameras ready!
By Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) and Bus
Take the MRT from Changi Airport and alight at the Boon Lay station.
From Boon Lay station, make your way to the adjacent bus interchange. Services 179 & 199 will take you in to NTU.
Thereafter, alight at B03 “Hall 2” (2729A) if you take bus 179 and Campus Rider or B09 “Hall 8” (2720Z) if you take bus 199. The 179 and 199 bus trip will cost S$0.90 and should take approximately 20 minutes. After alighting, follow the CW2018 or NEC direction signs. It may be a problem to get a taxi from Boon Lay station after 24:00 hrs.
The conference banquette will be held at Jurong Bird Park on the 4th of October from 5:30pm to 10:00pm. The whole of Jurong Bird Park will be booked for the conference delegates on that evening.
Before the conference dinner, the delegates will enjoy two private bird shows: Talking Birds (30 min) and Mini Bird Show (30 min). Sumptuous international buffet menu with free flow of drinks will be then offered to the delegates in Flamingo Lodge.
